tvN’s upcoming fantasy romance drama It’s okay to not be okay 사이코지만 괜찮아 (also known as Psycho But It’s okay) is a drama about Moon Kang Tae (Kim Soo Hyun) who is a community health worker at a psychiatric ward who lives on minimal money a month. He has a brother Moon Sang Tae (Oh Jung Se) 8 years older who shows sign of autism.
On the other hand, Go Moon Young (Seo Ye Ji) is a children storybook writer who suffers from antisocial personality disorder. Which you can see from the emotional seconds in the teaser.
In this teaser, the vibe reminds me of Hotel del Luna but narrate by Seo Ye Ji. Reading from a children storybook but the content is not the typical cheerful kind, one of the sentence goes “I don’t like flowers that have petals that drop one by one. I like magnolias because the petals drop all at once. I like that, that’s pretty.”
