UP10TION’s Lee Jin Hyuk released his second solo mini album ‘SPLASH’ on 30 Jun 2020 with title track Bedlam.

Jin Hyuk explained that the song Bedlam 난장판 is a refreshing song that lives on the motto of living life freely in whatever style you like. He also revealed that he pushed himself more while recording for the track and lost his voice for a good three days.

From the track list, you can see that Jin Hyuk participated in writing 6 songs out of the 7 in the album. Picasso is written from the perspective of overflowing inspiration artist and included a fair bit of famous quotes within the track. Rival is about inner fight, you vs you, not settling for the yesterday’s you and keep on pushing and working harder.

Personally prefer Bedlam over his first solo I Like That. But I like how he is transiting into an all-rounder with music, dramas and variety shows and now, song writing pretty much the entire album.
