On 19 October 2023, Mnet announced the nomination list for the upcoming 2023 MAMA Awards. D-day will take place in Japan, Tokyo Dome on 28 and 29 November 2023.
The criteria for being nominated is the artist/group’s music release between 22 October 2022 to 30 September 2023.
The award category which will require fan’s votes is the Worldwide Fans’ Choice. 20 artists will enter the final round of voting after the pre-vote period concludes on 30 Oct 2023, 11:59 PM (KST). After this, the voting will continue to run from 6 November, 6 PM (KST) till 20 November, 11:59 PM (KST).
