June is a fantastic month for dramas and I’ve completed quite a list of awesome production which majority are from China.
Here are my favorites in the month of June
The King: Eternal Monarch (2020)
The drama is about parallel universe and the romance between a King and inspector from different worlds. The big question mark and the mysterious police ID left in the other world start it all.
The Romance of Tiger and Rose (2020)
The drama is about a romance between Chen Qian Qian and Han Shuo who are characters in the script written by modern day Chen Xiao Qian (Zhao Lu Si) but criticizes by the main actor Han Ming Xing (Ryan Ding).
Mystic Pop Up Bar (2020)
The drama remake from a popular webtoon ‘Ssanggap Pocha’ that tells the story of a mysterious pojangmacha (outdoor street food bar found in South Korea) run by Weol Joo (Hwang Jung Eum) and an afterlife police Chief Gwi (Choi Won Young).
You Are My Destiny (2020)
The drama begins when two very different people accidentally spent a night together and got pregnant. Wang Xi Yi (Xing Zhao Lin) is a CEO of Cheng Jie who produce soap as their core product. Chen Jia Xin (Liang Jie) is a plain jane that people like to use as a minion but quickly forget her existence.
Fake Princess (2020)
The drama is about a mountain bandit Chang Le (Eleanor Lee) enter the palace to marry the Crown Prince Li Che (Zhao Yi Qin) using another identity Liu Yu Yao. To make sure her entire clan will be release safely from the government, Chang Le agree to be Liu Yu Yao for 3 months.
Intense Love (2020)
The drama is about a love story between a young genius doctor Dr. Zhou Shi Yun (Ryan Ding) and a popular actress Su Jin Bei (Zhang Yu Xi) entered into an arranged marriage by their best friend mothers. Both of them refuse to admit the arranged marriage and did not appear during their engagement party.
When My Love Blooms (2020)
The drama is about romance between a pair of college first love and how they reunited after 20 years and fell in love again. In 1994, Yoon Ji Soo (Jeon So Nee) a music major fell in love at first sight when the law major senior Han Jae Hyun (GOT7’s Park Jin Young) saved him from the chaos of protest.
These dramas are really worth watching and now you can binge watch them all.
