Chae Jong Hyeop, Park Joo Hyun attended script reading for upcoming sports drama

KBS release a set of photos from the script reading (table reading) of an upcoming sport romance drama, Going to You at a Speed of 493 km (literal translation) starring Park Joo Hyun, Chae Jong Hyeop and many more.

About the drama

The story is set in the badminton business team made up of players that come together for different reasons, some play with passion and some just wants to get their pay checks.

Park Tae Joon (Chae Jong Hyeop) is a member of the team who take badminton as a job. His easygoing personality always there to smooth out scenarios or conversation, however, he has his serious side sparks in rare occasions.

Park Tae Yang (Park Joo Hyun) is crowned the queen of smashing and a former aspiring Olympian who practices harder than anyone else for the lost 3 years she left as a mystery. No one knows her story of going missing for 3 years.

Park Jun Young (Park Ji Hyun) is a retired Olympic gold medalist. She was forced to leave the industry after a serious accident.

Yook Jung Hwan (Kim Moo Joon) is a national representative, an all-rounder star players who have his own fans. However, he has problems with self-management.

Lee Yoo Min (Seo Ji Hye), the Jinx queen who become a player due to her father’s influence. However, she always messes up important games.

The supporting actors includes Jo Han Chul as Lee Tae Sang, In Gyo Jin as Joo Sang Hyun, Jeon Bae Soo as Park Man Soo.


The first script reading was held in the KBS offices last year in October.

Park Joo Hyun first caught everyone’s attention in Netflix’s series Extracurricular as Bae Gyu Ri, a smart and rich high school student that is bold and turned her smooth sailing path into a rocky one by choice. After that she was given the main role in Mouse as Oh Bong Yi, acting alongside veteran actors like Lee Hee Joon and Lee Seung Gi.

Chae Jong Hyeop first caught my attention as the young blonde guy, Choi Jae Sun in Sisyphus: The Myth. However, most of K-drama fans will believe that he really bloom as Yang Do Hyuk in the romance drama Nevertheless, and even gave him the nickname of potato boy last year.
