After countless hiccups and changes of casting list and even drama title from School 2020 to School 2021, the final cast lineup is set and ready to film.

Rising star from Penthouse, Kim Young Dae suddenly dropped out of School 2021 while the crew is preparing to start filming. Since the sudden and one-sided drop-off, the drama was once again got postpone. KBS release a statement to address this on 23 Jul 2021.
Thankful for the crew behind School 2021 in KBS, they announced their final cast lineup 4 days later. Joining WEi’s Kim Yo Han, we have Jo Yi Hyun, Choo Young Woo, and Hwang Bo Reum Byeol.
Choo Young Woo is a rookie actor who debuts through You Make Me Dance and will be in the upcoming drama Police University as well. Jo Yi Hyun left quite an impression on me since My Country: The New Age as Seo Yeon. Hwang Bo Reum Byeol is also a rookie actress that made her debut through the web drama The World of My 17.
Fun fact, the 4 main casts are all born in 1999, so prepare to see more chemistry between them!
