The highlight meal of my entire trip to Hong Kong back in November last year. For the thrifty yet picky eaters who love seafood and experience more localized delicacies.
While I was planning for the trip and booking tickets from klook, we chance upon the [Rainbow Seafood Restaurant Dinner & Symphony of Lights Cruise on Lamma Island] and decided on that. As much as we love and want to make the trip ourselves to have the fresh seafood meal, it will be costly for us to do so.
Where to start
Of course, after confirmation of your trip to Hong Kong, book the tickets from Klook to enjoy. It will be ideal for 4 pax as you can enjoy 1-2 more extra dishes as compared to booking for 2.
Print our the e-ticket, keep soft copies in the cloud too! Collection of physical tickets will be on D-Day.
Trip begins…

If you want to enjoy the breeze and scenery, move up to the upper deck. If not, enjoy the aircon on the lower deck of the boat.
It will take around 45 minutes to an hour to reach the destination.

The Stars
Menu for 4 pax: Seaweed seafood soup, Deep Fried Shrimp with Salt and Pepper, Steamed Fish (Seasonal), Fried Boston’s Lobster Ginger and Spring Onion, Steamed Scallop with Garlic Sauce, Fried Clams with Black Bean Sauce, Boiled Seasonal Vegetable with seaweed soup and Rainbow Fried Rice

After the satisfying dinner, you can choose to walk around the little island stretch of shops for awhile if there’s time allowance.
Exploring the little island
To be honest, the Islanders end their day relatively early. So there’s nothing much to see or buy after dinner. However, we still able to use the 20 minutes to take a short walk after the heavy meal.

Lastly…
Enjoy the 45 minutes boat ride and the 10-30 minutes of the light show before landing back on the land.
Enjoy!!!
