The drama centers around a newly formed department within the police force, the Cold Case Special Investigation Unit lead by Hanson Mung Tan Sam (Moses Chan) along with Diana Dai On Na (Jessica Hsuan) the policewoman who is not the strongest when it comes to being in the front line.

Triad side

Hua Dee (Him Law) is a small hooligan trying to climb up the ladder as an undercover police. He befriend one of the right hand man of leader Ronald (Tony Hung), the one that want to lead the triad into the legal path.

Together they became friends with a local restaurant lady boss Nicki Hui Chin Ying (Gloria Tang). And a love triangle was formed.

Cold Case Special Investigation Unit

The newly formed unit consist of their leader Hanson, Diana, Joyce Fong Siu Kiu (Bella Lam), Hon San Ying (Raymond Chiu), GD (Derek Wong), and Yoda Ma Kai Fan (Bob Cheung).

All of them are not best of the best within the police force but from zero motivation to cracking cold cases one by one, gathered their passion and found their passion as a police officer.

The curse, new romance

Diana was left at the alter not only once, but three times by all of her ex-boyfriends. Everyone is a huge blow but thanks to her support system, friend, and cousin she pulls through it all.

From her dream hero back to zero, Hanson became Diana’s boss and the expectation and direction crush her dream guy. After working together day in and out, cases after cases, sparks suddenly flew around.

Hanson and Diana became an underground couple but everything changes when his ex-wife Kwan Sha Doi (Toby Chan) return. She couldn’t take that a person, lower grade than her is now Hanson’s girlfriend and she lost indirectly. Sabotage their relationship began.

Diana has another problem, she is the police that doesn’t dare to use a gun after an accident during her newbie days. Even when she holds a gun, she will never dare to pull the trigger.
