SPOILER

The story from my first impression (first four episodes) leading to the end has a drastic change. All the double/hidden identities of the lead roles to the complication between romance and doing “right thing”.

Everything happens for a reason?

Previously I mentioned the ill fate of Soo (acted by Seo Ji Hoon) and Gae Ttong (acted by Gong Seung Yeon), the supposedly married couple since the first few episodes.

The making of a noble lady

Falling in love with your client is one of the no-no in the Book of Rules as Flower Crew. However, Ma Hoon (acted by Kim Min Jae) cannot hide his feelings towards Gae Ttong.

As you know after watching pass the first quarter of the drama, Soo’s hidden identity turns out make him the King of Joseon. Even though he knows that it is not right to make Gae Ttong the queen, he still want it to happen for love. On the other hand, Ma Hoon finally recognize his love for her. Real identities

Turns out, Gae Ttong is not the only person that disguise herself as someone else nobler. Nearing to the end of the series, someone digs up the true identity of Go Young Soo (acted by Park Ji Hoon, ex-Wanna One member).

His real identity explains why he loves fashion and all sorts of perfume scents. Sadly, he threatened to do things beyond his comfort zone to protect the past he is hiding.

King claiming his throne

Bringing the boy into the palace and make him the king does not mean that he will be the puppet for you. Ma Bong Deok the Chief Chief State Councillor (acted by Park Ho San) thinks that he can control this young boy. But boy, he was wrong.

For a brief moment, I thought the scriptwriters will turn him into a bad guy to snatch Gae Ttong. Thankfully, he came to his senses and really like how mature he is with such great power.
