Katy and Ronny
Katy Yau (Katy Kung) and Ronny Chan (Joey Law) is a loving couple dating for over 7 years, adults at 30 years old but still living with their respective parents and saving hard to buy their dream home. Katy and Ronny are working colleagues, even though they see each other daily, the romance level did not decrease.

Katy’s father Yau Hung Kin (Bill Chan) remarried and Katy decides to move out as she felt that her stepmother marries for her father’s assets. Both of them are engaged and got married after years of dating, struggles to stay in a congested house and cave in to rent elsewhere.
Mok Siu Ha and Chan Hon Sing
Mok Siu Ha (Mimi Kung) and Chan Hon Sing (Jason Pai) is an old married couple with three adult children, living in a small 1-bedroom government house because they met the low-income criteria. Ronny is their eldest son, Shay is their second daughter and Kelly is their youngest college daughter. Growing a family in a small quarter, the amount of friction increase and Mok Siu Ha was enduring it until all of her children are capable and grow into adults.

Shay and Heyman

Shay (Venus Wong) is Ronny’s younger sister, a free spirit photographer that hates to live at home. She rented a studio elsewhere and live alone, she has multiple flings and one night stands that are unable to move one more step closer to her. Until she met Heyman (Brian Tse), a famous photographer that struggles to stay faithful to his 5-years doctor girlfriend who saved his life.
Kelly’s struggle

Kelly (Kayan Yau Ka Yan) is the youngest in the family, she is a smart student in school and dream to marry someone that was not restricted in life due to finance concern. Even in relationship, she select the guy based on his family’s condition and caught in dilemma when another guy with high drive in life enter. She started dating both guys separately because she couldn’t place all the eggs in one basket.
Overall, this is a good drama that really talks about ‘What’s next after happily ever after’. Daily struggles and never ending debate between the bread or love question.
