My last running man episode is when GOT7’s Jinyoung appears to promote YCMN, and now I revisit one of the episodes because Kang Daniel is back! Also, Lee Gwang Soo returned to the show to support despites of his recent injury/ surgery.
In episode 495 we have 2 actresses, 1 comedian and 1 idol on board.
The three mothers
Burst out laughing because of the missions to qualify as the respective mothers’ children. The mothers are all veteran celebrities who you can totally recognize once you see them. Including Lee Il Hwa (from Reply 1988), Hwang Young Hee and Park Mi Sun.
The three teams
The first game is when the members will head to the respective room depending on their preference and a ‘mother’ will be waiting for them inside. If they guess who she is impersonating, they will be a child under her team.
- Lee Il Hwa’s children include Yoo Jae Suk, Ji Suk Jin and Se Chan
- Hwang Young Hee’s children include Kang Daniel, Jun So Min and Lee Kwang Soo
- Park Mi Sun’s children include Haha, Song Jihyo and Kim Jong Kook
The games
Three teams game up for ‘guess who I am’ where 3 contestants will sit together and are not able to lie when one of them is asking for hints to guess who they are.
Final game is when name tags are hidden in the village and they have to go around to find it. Once they find any member, they will head over to their mother to get ‘hit’ while Kwang Soo is chopping rice cakes. Members with the most rice cake in their basket will receive penalty.
(Kwang Soo just had his surgery, to join in the game he will have to chop up the rice cake while others are running about.)
